Universal Higher Education(UHE) is a dynamic Australian Higher Education Institution offering Higher Education courses. UHE is a part of Universal Learning Group (ULG) whose subsidiaries are multi-sectored offering ranges of courses in VET, English language, Professional Year Program in IT and HE courses. ULG operates from its centrally located campus in Melbourne, which is an eclectic mix of people and cultures and offers a vibrant place for work, study and recreation.

Universal Higher Education is a new company established for the purposes of offering higher education in Australia, subject to registration and accreditation with the Tertiary Education Quality & Standards Agency (TEQSA). It has been established by Rizwan Ahmed, the owner of the successfully established Universal Institute of Technology. The objective of UHE is to establish itself as a high quality provider of higher education programs to both domestic and overseas students. UHE aims to operate across a number of broad fields of education, in the first instance, information technology and film and television.
Universal Higher Education was established in September 2015 by its founder, Mr Rizwan Ahmed. Its corporate governing body is its company board of directors, currently comprised of five members, Mr Rizwan Ahmed, Mr. Peter Burgess, Mr. Graeme Dennehy, Prof. Graham Webb and Ms. Sue-Ann Stanford. The Academic Board was established in late 2015 as the body delegated within the college to deal with all academic governance matters. The Academic Board is currently overseeing the establishment of robust and suitable academic policy frameworks and the development of two bachelor courses for submission to TEQSA.
